Visiting SEWA Rural is the best way to know more about our activities and interact with our beneficiaries. Overnight stay is advisable if you would like to visit project sites in villages. We prefer if you can communicate with us in advance if you are planning you visit so that we can make your visit more fruitful. SEWA Rural is located in Jhagadia town which is approximately 20 km from Bharuch and Ankleshwar.

• By road: Jhagadia is approximately 10 kms from National Highway 8. Guests coming from Ahmadabad and Vadodara by road should make a first left after passing bridge on the Narmada River. Drive approximately 4 km and make a left turn at T-junction. Drive approximately 5 kms and you will reach Jhagadia town. Make another left turn to enter the town and SEWA Rural will be on your right after driving 0.25 km.
• By train: Guests coming by train should drop down at Ankleshwar (1st preference: to avoid frequent traffic jams on Narmada river bridge) or Bharuch station (2nd preference). Regular buses are available from Ankleshwar and Bharuch bus depot.
• By air: Nearest airport is Vadodara, which is approximately 80 kms from SEWA Rural. Surat airport is approximately 100 km from Jhagadia. Ahmedabad airport is 210 km from Jhagadia. We can arrange a private taxi for pick up (costs approximately Rs. 1500-2000 for Vadodara, Rs. 2500-3000 for Surat and Rs. 4500-5000 for Ahmedabad for a non-AC van) if informed in advance.
